PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Education
- Degree in Economics, HR/P&C, or similar
**Skills**:
- Transversal knowledge of HR fundamentals and processes: talent management, performance management and compensation
- Knowledge of best practices and market practices for HR policies in the pharmaceutical sector
- Knowledge of the Italian regulatory context (including aspects relating to employment contracts) and ability to understand its implications for the design and implementation of HR policies
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional contexts
- People & Patient focused, highly motivated and agile, ability to work with different groups across the organization
- Strong communication skills, leadership, and guidance to the results, along with high relationships skills, understanding of personnel issues and ability to interact and communicate with union representatives
Experience
- Consolidated HR/P&C experience in a complex company
- Experience in monitoring, supporting and coordinating the correct implementation of HR policies in business areas
AIM OF THE ROLE
The People Excellence Partner role works with the People Business Partners, People Excellence, and HRS to support the employees of the country. Focus on delivering local initiatives aligned with Sites/GF objectives and on delivering foundational HR excellence. Ensures compliance with regulations on Labor Relations.
