To join our HR team, we are recruiting for the position of People & Culture Specialist.
Main Responsibilities: Support the development and management of activities within the People Department, in line with the company's strategy, adapting the implementation of all employee lifecycle management processes to the needs of the company and its people (recruitment, onboarding, training, career management, payroll, projects, internal communication, etc.
);Support the development and implementation of strategic and human resources management policies according to business guidelines and existing HR directives of the Group, local market conditions, and local legislation, to ensure a common HR strategy aligned with defined objectives;Support Employer Branding initiatives to optimize perceptions of current and potential employees and convey the values, culture, and characteristics that define the company;Conduct various analyses of indicators useful for management decision-making;Support the operational management of the business, addressing various employee questions and concerns;Contribute to the alignment and development of the company's culture and values, based on teamwork, merit, and continuous improvement, by proposing improvements to work processes.Requirements: Higher education in Management, Psychology, Human Resources Management;Solid professional experience in the role, preferably in the energy sector;Fluency in Italian and English (mandatory);Team spirit, interpersonal skills, and dynamism.What we offer: Flexible and collaborative work environment;Opportunities for continuous training and professional development;Possibilities for internal mobility within an expanding company.
