For this position, we are looking for an enterprising People & Culture Manager who cares about the environment and wants to get involved by working on Up2You's growth, taking care of its team, and seeking new talents.
In your typical day, you will Manage all recruiting processes in order to expand the Up2You team; Manage performance & conduct talent management activities; Supervise all the administration activities such as preparation and management of labor relations documentation (hiring, transformation, termination); Be in charge of the organization of Plenaries, Team Building, Team Retreats; Define and disseminate the company culture; Manage contacts with external suppliers (e.g., employment consultants).
Requirements We are specifically looking for you if you have At least 3 years prior experience in People & Culture or HR Generalist Roles; Passion for People & Culture topic; Proactive mindset; Teamwork spirit and ability to work in dynamic contexts; At least an average proficiency in English (B1 minimum); Interest in Sustainability.
Technical skills Must have: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; Knowledge of the Italian language: C1 minimum C2/native preferable; Highly organized; Bachelor's degree; Strong listening skills.
Nice to have: Master's degree, preferably in a P&C/HR-related field; Knowledge of foreign languages beyond English; Previous experience in startups/scaleups; Good network.
Soft skills Creative, Ambitious, Curious, inquisitive and open to challenges; Collaborative and strong team player; Flexible and driven for results; Growth mindset, resilience and ability to bounce back from setbacks.
RAL range: 24.000 - 35.000 euro Benefits Working with us means Flexibility.
