Join us on our journey for a better tomorrow. The RoleThe People & Culture (P&C) intern will be joining a newly acquired company of the Atlas Copco Group. The mission of the intern will be providing support to the General Manager in integrating the company into our Group culture. This includes providing support in implementing P&C processes and policies and helping managers and employees understand these. It includes providing support in recruitment and onboarding, maintaining personnel records, training, and special projects. The role will be supported by the P&C Manager at Leybold Italy, P&C Manager Holding Italy, as well as the divisional P&C team.
Main Responsibilities:Support the cultural integration of the newly acquired company.Implement cyclical P&C processes and policies, with the help of the P&C Manager at Leybold Italy, P&C Manager Holding Italy and the divisional P&C team.Close collaboration with the General Manager on site regarding employee matters.Assist with talent acquisition and recruitment processes.Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training and development initiatives.Provide support to employees by answering questions and addressing issues regarding leaves, compensation, and other P&C policies as required.Generate official internal documents such as offer letters.Work with supervisors and employees to investigate and resolve issues and complaints.Maintain employee files and HRIS records in electronic and paper form.Enhance our people experience by resolving issues promptly and organizing team building activities.Participate and represent the company in Atlas Copco initiatives related to P&C.Support with monthly P&C reporting.What you can expect from us?International career opportunities within the Atlas Copco GroupTraining and development programsFriendly, family-like atmosphereSafety and wellbeing come firstWhat we expect of you?Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.First experience in HR.Fluent in Italian and English.Desired Skills:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.Diverse by nature and inclusive by choice
