People & Culture Generalist, Chc - Internship

The person will be involved in the following activities:
- Support to Business Units and Functions in carrying out HR activities- Management of Employee Life Cycle processes with operations on the Workday management system- Talent acquisition and talent management- Development and analysis of HR data, with the aim of creating dashboards, preparing presentations and providing statistical data to guide the definition of HR strategies- Writing internal communications to highlight organizational changes- Support in the management of strategic change projects- Excel data processing and PowerPoint presentations- Preparation of HR documents and support in union relations activities- DE&I activities
**Requirements**:
- Degree in economics or humanities- Interest in HR issues- Excellent knowledge of the English language (level B2 or higher)- Knowledge of the Office package, in particular Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint- Accuracy in data analysis, predisposition towards digital tools and precision
We offer a curricular internship lasting 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
