? As an HR Coordinator, you will be the key support for both management and staff, ensuring smooth administration and personnel management.
You'll create an engaging and friendly environment for a team of 100 people, ensuring every employee feels supported and valued.
Your leadership will ensure that the Mama experience is alive and well for all of our teams, fostering a positive and stimulating workplace.
What You'll Be Doing?
Oversee and manage the payroll process in its entirety, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Support department managers in recruiting, onboarding, and daily HR functions.
Serve as a trusted point of contact for all employees, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Promote a welcoming and inclusive workplace culture, organizing events and activities to keep the team engaged.
