**The opportunity**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic **People Care Support (L.68/99).** This role is ideal for individuals passionate about making a significant impact on employees' wellbeing and engagement. You will work directly under the support of the department head.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Corporate events and team building organization**: planning and coordinating corporate events, team retreats, and team building activities to promote team cohesion.
- **Welfare and benefits**: development and management of a competitive benefits package.
- **Diversity and inclusion**: implementing policies and initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion at all levels of the organization, organizing events, workshops, and training sessions to raise awareness on these topics.
- **Employee travel and rental housing**: managing the logistics of corporate travel, including travel, accommodation, and contact with suppliers.
**? Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years experience in similar role is desirable.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Passion for people.
- Proactive and able to work independently in a remote setup.
