The opportunity We are looking for an enthusiastic People Care Support (L.68/99). This role is ideal for individuals passionate about making a significant impact on employees' wellbeing and engagement. You will work directly under the support of the department head.
Responsibilities Corporate events and team building organization: planning and coordinating corporate events, team retreats, and team building activities to promote team cohesion. Welfare and benefits: development and management of a competitive benefits package. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1-2 years experience in similar role is desirable. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive and able to work independently in a remote setup.
