What you'll need to have Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience and minimum of 3 years in leadership role as a HR Business Partner or HR Manager in a multinational contextPreferably experience in Retail Mass Market or Operational, Logistics and Supply Chain sectorProven record of developing people and organizationStrong leadership skills and ability to influence stakeholders at different levelsAs a person you are passionate about business and people and you have a strong belief in individuals' potential, you are also passionate in performance creating an engaging co-worker experience able to lead strong business results through peopleGood knowledge about the rights and obligations of workers and employers, and how to mediate the relationship between workers, employing entities, trade unions and the governmentYou have the ability to implement long-term plans according to set budgets and goals, developing virtual and other collaborative relationships to facilitate current and future objectivesAbility to work independently, take own initiatives and responsibility but also a team player, with ability to influence and inspireYou demonstrate the ability to use different leadership styles and needs as well as appropriate use for different situationsYou have the knowledge of identifying, assessing, encouraging and ensuring co-workers' performance against organisational and individual goalsYou use, govern and manage partnership models in a responsible way to build trustful partnership relationshipsYou know how to anticipate, identify and develop potential successors for key positions in IKEAYou have good knowledge of Italian and English languagesWhat you'll be doing day to day You are a business partner and a contributor for the Unit Management Team and lead the unit People and Culture team to secure People strategies are locally implemented into action.
You will : Act as a P&C business partner to the Market Manager on all People topicsLead and develop the unit P&C team to provide excellent co-worker experienceEnsure the people strategy, global principles / guidelines as localised by the Country P&C team and relevant business plans are operationally implemented and lived up toInfluence unit management team to continuously develop local leadership capabilities within their functionSupport the building of local business competence & performance by setting and working on relevant goalsEnsure delivery of learning & training at unit level, supported by the P&C Generalist or Market Area Learning Delivery SpecialistEnsure local employer communication is consistent, well perceived and builds on the IKEA brandTogether with the market area manager, secure an up-to-date succession process and plan by influencing the managers in taking the lead with special focus on developing talents and high-performing potentialsResponsible for implementation of co-worker relations plan that effectively manages all local interactions with co-workers and ensures that all areas in the unit work with the labour relations principles and uphold local policies, procedures and lawTogether with the Business Navigation Manager responsible for the distribution of budget hours between the unit departments, according to the need of the business and the co-worker, enabling an effective and efficient people planning process.WORKING WITH US HAS ITS REWARDS Being part of the IKEA team has many benefits.
