:Handling of multiple tasks within the assigned projects at the same time, and of multiple customer's requests in the expected timeline with high quality resultsWrite the minutes of the meetings and teleconferencesFacilitate the progress of the project activities by coordinating the project team's tasksHost and manage customers' visits and prepare presentations for the event (including but not limited to Kick off Meetings)Provide support to keep project timelines within the project plans agreed with customersProvide support to manage customer satisfaction and to project tasks where needed, facilitating communication flow and exchange of information within project teamsProvide regular updates on the project's progress to all individuals involved.Facilitate positive interactions among team members and manage conflictsUpdate project and billing plans on database platformSupport finance by projects billingArchive the project documentation.Draft the proposal for Changes of Scopes & Project expansions-based guidelines from technical teamsSupports quotation team in the generation of proposals for technical changes and in response to customer requests for additional services.RequirementsEducation:BA or MS in Chemistry/ Pharmacy/ Biological Sciences or similar, or equivalent experienceEquivalent experience is considered a valuable asset.Technical Knowledge:Knowledge of GMP regulations and pharmaceutical field is highly recommendedGood knowledge of Microsoft Office.MS Project is a plusGood Knowledge of Project Management techniques.PMP/PRINCE2 or similar certifications are a plus.Professional experience:2-3 years in technical field or in a related area (Pharmaceutical Development, Clinical trials Manufacture, Commercial Manufacture, Project Management, Financial awareness, Customer contact), and at least 1 year as Project ManagerLanguages:Italian and English fluent, an additional language would be a plusSoft Skills:Well organized and detail orientedAbility to prioritize multiple tasksProblem solving, decision making, negotiation and influencing capacityCustomer and result orientationStrong ability to establish meaningful connections: attentive listening, impactful message delivery, understanding, proactive approachAbility to motivateShow strong attitude to leadership and communicationUnderstands quotations processRepresents site interests in negotiations of technical aspects and proposals.
