**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**
As a part of our Project Management team, you will be responsible and accountable for PDS projects in respect to PDS Project Management Manager.
You will coordinate proposals, timelines and fee analysis, liaise with clients, senior management, operational and sales teams in preparing cost / price build ups and proposals for PDS, support new business requests and manage new client visits.
**Responsabilities**
- To review Request for Proposal (RFP/TAQ) information to ensure adequate information has been received to be able to prepare project costing and to liaise with operational and sales teams as appropriate.
- To review proposals prepared by Patheon UK quotation team, based on the costs structure of Patheon Italy and the guidance of the technical teams.
- Participate in client discussions in order to confirm the technical aspects of projects are understood and costed appropriately.
Follow-up as required.
- Co-ordinating the transition of the project information with technical contacts & project management team for all awarded projects.
- Work with Account Executives and Project Managers to promote Patheon and ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide assistance to enquiries raised by the Sales group.
- Contribute to continuous improvements within the proposals process.
- Where applicable, performs job responsibilities in compliance with cGMP and all other regulatory agency requirements.
- Accommodating and managing new clients visits in a short timeline.
- Handling of multiple new clients requests and co-ordinating follow-up in a timely and effective manner, interacting with site management and technical functions.
- Meeting with site leadership team about new business opportunities.
- Facilitate the introduction of new projects, liaising with clients, site leadership and management, operational and sales teams.
- Prepare presentations for customer visits (including but not limited to Kick offs)

**REQUIREMENTS**
- ** Education**:
- BA or MS in Chemistry/ Pharmacy/ Biological Sciences or similar
- PhD is desirable but not mandatory
- ** Technical knowledges**
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Powerpoint) and of Internet
- Required Pharmaceutical background or previous experience in R&D Company
- ** Professional experience**:
- 1-3 years in technical field or in a related area (Pharmaceutical Development, Clinical trials Manufacture, Commercial Manufacture, Project Management, Quotation Roles, CDMO)
- ** Languages**:
- English fluent.
- Any other second language is preferred.
