As part of the HR Department, Payroll Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions: Key Activities/Responsibilities Administrative HR managementHiring and terminations of employment relations managementMandatory notifications to the appointed bodiesAttendance detection and absences supporting documentation managementStaff movements reports draftingWho we are looking for: We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Payroll Specialist who excels in fostering positive relationships and possesses a passion for teamwork. The ideal candidate is a precise person, with previous knowledge of the Retail, flexible and who easily adapts to changes.

Success will be achieved by demonstrating a positive attitude, proactively contributing to team efforts, and consistently working to cultivate a supportive workplace culture.
Qualifications: 2 to 4 years of previous experience in similar rolesIn-depth CCNL knowledge (even better if currently used)Knowledge of regulations and management of: attendance tracking tools and the correct shift management, fixed-term contract, illnesses, leaves (maternity leave, extraordinary leave) and accidents.Fluent EnglishFamiliarity with F2A tool is a plusWhy join the SEPHORA team: Working Environment: modern offices with break/relax areas for your well-being in the center of Milan.
