Job Description Our growing firm is seeking full-time Payroll Specialist based in Rome to provide accurate payroll processing and reporting for our clients and be part of a growing team of experts.
This enthusiastic and energetic individual must be confident, hard working, able to understand and follow directions, prompt and accurate with their projects and ready to hit the ground running.

What will you do:
Prepare client pay slips and manage records by data gathering and processing
Provide labour law advisory and legal requirement compliance (CCNL, individual contracts, policies, etc.
)
Organize and manage employment relationship documentation (hiring, transformation, leave of absences, etc.
)
Monitor required certification process (Disabled, CU, 770, etc.
)
Handle public institution relationships (INPS, INAIL, pension and health care funds, etc.
)
Manage an international client portfolio through a direct connection, supported by senior colleagues
**Qualifications**:
Degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar with good grades
From 2 to 6 years of experience acquired in primary accounting firms, consulting companies ideally with international clients or HR Payroll & Administrative department in a multinational company
Good expertise in Italian labour law
Result orientation with strong client service and teamwork attitude
Payroll software knowledge (Zucchetti would be a plus)
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Availability to travel for work, if necessary
Italian mother tongue and proficiency in spoken and written English
High degree of integrity and confidentiality
