We are looking for a Payroll Specialist based in Rome.
The resources will be part of the Industrial, Labour relations and payroll team, reporting to the Italy Payroll Manager, for the following activities:
Data entry in SAP Success Factors of all data regarding the employment relationship (new joiner, termination, transformation etc.)Corporate reporting activitiesOnboarding of administrative aspects for new joinersMonitoring and management of employment contracts activities concerning hiring, transformation, extension, termination and the related mandatory communications to the relevant authorities (Employment centre, Inps and Inail)Management of fixed-term contractsManagement of sickness, accident, maternity, leave of absence, deductions, etc.Support in all other activities payroll-relatedRequirements 1-2 years of experience in a similar roleDegree in Economics, Science, or a qualification as a Labor ConsultantExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
