We have picked up thousands of users since launching in July of this year and are now looking for a Payroll Specialist to bring their wider knowledge about all the calculation and general finance to our product-specific experience so that we can continue getting our product and service more widely known and used. Key responsibilities Provide high-quality payroll services to clients; Collaborate with different teams to ensure that payroll processing and benefits administration is accurate and timely; Correspondence with local accountants; Conduct pre-payroll audits and checks; Check for salaries, personal income taxes, social security, and health contributions for different countries; Maintain and develop professional relationships with clients. Requirements Most Important At least 2 years of relevant payroll experience Excellent written and spoken English Experience in working with more international payroll clients Degree in Economics Proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Excel & MS Word) Strong analytical and quantitative skills and a track record for planning, doing, and auditing work. Highly detail-driven with emphasis on accuracy, coupled with the ability to see the broader picture.
