What you'll get to doThe ideal candidates will join our HR team, directly reporting to the Director, and will be responsible for the overall payroll and administration process.
Functions and Responsibilities:

Responsibility for the payroll process: monthly attendance collection, collaboration with the payroll office and payroll checkSupport to the HR Director for the annual budget and forecast analysisSupport to the HR Director for the entire employees lifecycleDrafting of the employment contract and management of the termination of the employment relationshipEmployee management in p.iva (Enasarco)Reconciliation of personnel costsAccident/illness and maternity/paternity managementSupport for administrative activities of all internal employees (payslips, TFR, medical visits, trainings, funds…)We'd love to meet you if you haveExperience: At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar role

Education: Bachelor degree

Languages: Italian and English are a must (written and spoken). Other languages will be considered as a plus.
