The Opportunity Payroll Senior Specialist Location: Milan What you'll get to do The ideal candidate will join our HR team, directly reporting to the Director, and will be responsible for the overall payroll and administration process.
Functions and Responsibilities: Responsibility for the payroll process: monthly attendance collection, collaboration with the payroll office, and payroll check Support to the HR Director for the annual budget and forecast analysis Support to the HR Director for the entire employee lifecycle Drafting of employment contracts and management of employment termination Employee management in p.iva (Enasarco) Reconciliation of personnel costs Accident/illness and maternity/paternity management Support for administrative activities of all internal employees (payslips, TFR, medical visits, trainings, funds…) We'd love to meet you if you have Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar role Education: Bachelor degree Languages: Italian and English are a must (written and spoken).
Other languages will be considered a plus.
