Who are we looking for? We are looking for a Payroll Officer, who manages employee payslips, time and attendance systems, and payroll-related inquiries, ensuring compliance with company policies and collaborating with HR and Finance departments.
Must have? 5+ years of experience in payroll administration and analysis.
The Payroll Officer is responsible for: Processing employee payslips together with the external payroll service provider;Addressing payroll-related inquiries from employees;Managing the employee time and attendance system and ensuring compliance with company policy;Maintaining employee data in the payroll system;Managing relations with public authorities (INPS, INAIL) and pension funds;Analyzing payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement;Assisting in preparing the annual Budget for personnel costs;Collaborating with HR and Finance departments on payroll-related matters;Providing support during internal and external audits.Ideal Candidate: Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or Accounting Diploma;5+ years of experience in payroll administration and analysis;Good knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices;Experience with payroll software and systems, including Zucchetti;Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment;Ability to handle confidential information with discretion;Strong communication and interpersonal skills;Excellent organizational skills;Strong attention to detail and accuracy;Proficiency with MS Excel.What We Offer: Opportunity to contribute to a progressive and dynamic company;
