Description: We are seeking to add a Payroll / HR Clerk to the team with this Hayden, ID construction company! This position will be processing both Payroll and assisting with Accounts Payable. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, professional, and has the ability to multitask. Compensation for the Payroll / HR Clerk: $20 – $21 Per Hour DOEMon- Fri 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 5:00pmAwesome benefits are available upon hire which include Medical, Dental, Vision, AFLAC, and 401(k)!Responsibilities for the Payroll / HR Clerk: Assist in processing payroll weekly which includes detailed and accurate data entry (sometimes working with Prevailing Wage)Certified Payroll Reports for Prevailing Wage ProjectsAssist with Accounts Payable and account reconciliation, vendor account maintenance, entering and processing invoices, etc.Assist with reception duties as neededAssist with inner office reportingAssist with onboarding new employees, answering benefit questions, assist with enrollment, and filing employee benefitsOther HR Duties as assignedRequirements for the Payroll / HR Clerk: 2 to 5 Years experience in Payroll and HRMust have experience processing payrollKnowledge of Prevailing Wages and Certified PayrollStrong analytical and data entry skillsMust be proficient in Word, Excel, and 10-KeyAbility to multitaskDetailed and well organizedAbility to interact with employees and vendors in a professional mannerSeem like a good fit?
