Position: Payroll Delivery Specialist (Norway)

Summary: Strada Pay is a product roadmap innovation to create our own IP payroll engine. The Payroll Delivery Expert (DE) is responsible for running the payroll processing in the day-to-day BAU environment. The Delivery Expert is the first point of contact for any client requests and works with the Payroll Country Owner (PCO) to provide customer service while following the country standards.
The DE is also involved in the activation phase, which includes participation in client workshops, testing activity, and any support the PCO may need during this phase.
Key Responsibilities: Run end-to-end payroll following payroll calendar(s) and agreed processes.Participate in projects activating the customer solution, including setup and testing of Strada Pay customer workbooks where appropriate and with PCO support.Participate in project meetings and provide input in status reports.Follow country standards and best practices for the client solution.Support with client workbooks and related product and process documentation.Complete client testing scenarios for each product release and client workbook update.Ensure SOC controls are completed on time and with the necessary evidence.Conduct Knowledge Transfer sessions and support colleagues and clients.Act as the first point of contact for client support.Ability to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information.Update internal stakeholders in a timely and accurate way.Participate in projects and activities as needed.Role Requirements: Fluent in English and Norwegian (written, oral).At least 4 years of experience in a payroll position.Knowledge and experience of Norwegian payroll (legislation, compliance, NAV, lønn etc).Advanced level of Excel.HR Consulting, payroll and outsourcing industry experience.A solutions-based thinker with a natural inquisitive mind.Business analysis experience.
