Learn more about it THE OPPORTUNITYWe are looking for an experienced payroll analyst to be responsible for all payroll-related tasks for our European countries.
The payroll analyst's responsibilities include collecting and reviewing employee information and working hours, calculating wages, preparing and processing employee payments, and maintaining accurate payroll records.To be successful as a payroll analyst you should be able to investigate and resolve payroll issues and ensure strict compliance with company and regulatory standards.
An outstanding payroll analyst should also have excellent people skills and a high numerical aptitude.YOUR IMPACT Collecting employees data and payroll information.Entering data into payroll and administrative databases and software programs (ADP Celergo and Workday)Calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions, commissions, etc.Preparing and processing employees payroll payment.Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns.Performing payroll reconciliations.Preparing financial reports for accounting and auditing purposes.Preparing periodic payroll reports for review by management.Following internal controls best practices, strengthening our payroll processes and procedures.Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.

WHO YOU ARE Degree in accounting, business, or a related field preferred.Experience working in payroll or a similar role for European countries.Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and payroll practices.Experience working with accounting and payroll software (ADP Celergo is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Organized, diligent and creative to find alternative solutions for issues and inefficiencies.Native-level proficiency in Italian and fluent in English; Spanish and Portuguese are a plus.
