Job DescriptionThe Payments Product Expert, positioned as Customer Journey Expert (CJE) within the Agile organization, supports the Retail Daily Banking business to drive operational excellence within current account payments,The CJE has the end-to-end responsibility for the development, management, harmonization and phasing out of commercial products, services, channel formulas and processes within one or more segments to ensure that customers' payment needs (both Sepa, Target2, Swift and local payments) find ready satisfaction in terms of digitalization and customer experience.The CJE helps the product owner to prioritize the backlog activity, to manage internal and external stakeholders, solves impediments, and works with the squad members in their day-to-day activities in payments landscape The position requires excellent lead and communication skills, problem solving and data driven approach, an orientation to detail and process, ability to work and maintain composure under tight deadlines, advanced expertise in digital onboarding, end to end payment processes (both technical and operational view) as well as knowledge about usability/user experience principles and best practices.This position also demands ability to work collaboratively in multi-functional teams and cross-teams.Key ResponsibilitiesTo deliver specific activities to plan, develop, maintain, and monitor our payment products in order to achieve income and volumes targetsTo manage end-to-end payments processes, promoting the digitization of the servicesTo design and develop the payments product offering working closely with the Pricing teamTo continually assess the performance of the current products range, the regulatory landscape and external market trends and competitor developments to ensure the customer proposition as effective as possibleTo prepare sustainable recommendations across the products including innovations, improvements and changesTo support the end-to-end process by engaging with the data and insights gathered about customers and process, to make suggestions as how changes to process or product could improve performance and better meet customer needsTo develop effective and collaborative working relationships with all stakeholders and colleaguesTo represent the bank for the products at Group level and outside the bank Qualifications and SkillsMaster's degree2 to 5 years of previous experience in banking or financial services.Payments, operations or technical units would be a strong plusgood knowledge of SEPA regulation (SDD, SCT, SCTInst), ACH, SWIFT, Target2 and other bank payment processing Proven background in building and managing high performance teamsExceptional knowledge of current account payment processes and products strategy experience and analyticsExtremely customer-focused, continuously in touch with the network, to stay informed of market and industry developmentsStrong problem solver and ability to make effective decisionsAbility to analyze and interpret data, using insights to further build directionStrong communication and presentation skillsLeadership and influencing skillsAbility to negotiate with all levels of management influencing investment and prioritizationExcellent level of EnglishExperience in working as part of a cross functional leadership teamAbility to work on an international levelLocation: MilanDuration: PermanentAbout INGING offers many opportunities to build a diverse and rewarding career.You will be joining an international innovative digital bank, the first in Italy to adopt a fully flexible smart working model, and you will be working in a stimulating environment where you can grow both as an individual and as a professional.Our purpose -
