Payment System Support Specialist

Payment System Support SpecialistRoleYou have technical training and/or experience as an IT specialist, system electronics technician or comparable qualification.You have good knowledge of network technology (TCP/IP, LAN), Windows and Android & system interfaces.You have attitude to analytical thinking, problem solving & customer satisfaction.You are able to work in a team, in a cross-cultural environment, and have strong proactivity; but you are also able to work independently when required.You have strong and proven experience in relationship management, and you're able to communicate (written & oral) effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.PlusYou have experience in working with a ticketing system.You are easily able to move between the detail and the big picture on issues in understanding and explaining the complexity of challenges and possible solutions.You gained experience in customer support in the payment industry. In-depth understanding of payment processing systems, POS technologies, and industry standards (e.g., PCI PTS, PCI P2PE …).YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Fluent in English (speaking and writing), a 2nd language is a plus (German, French, Italian)Independent and solution-oriented work, as well as analytical thinkingMust have a Technical background (electronic engineering, electrical engineering, computer science) or experience in technical customer supportLinux or Android knowledge (nice to have)Enthusiasm, teamwork and structured way of workingExperience in customer service or call center is a plusWillingness to work in different shifts.The position can be based in Bergamo, Bolzano, or Bologna!
