The Patient Monitoring Sales Specialist is responsible for selling and implementing the Medtronic Patient Monitoring product and solutions to Medtronic customers and prospects with an enhanced focus on clinical and outcome-based benefits of our solutions.
Patient Monitoring's related products focus around McGrath Videolaryngoscopy, Capnography, BIS, INVOS and NOL technologies.
The capacity to engaging directly with key opinion leaders in the Patient Monitoring field is a must, while simultaneously demonstrating clinical & procedural acumen when facing other relevant stakeholders.

**A Day in the Life**
- Promotes and sells McGrath Videolaryngoscopy, Capnography, BIS, INVOS and NOL technologies in close collaboration with the Patient Monitoring Account Managers, within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with relevant (clinical) stakeholders, KOL and local Ad Boards and societies in close collaboration with Account Managers.
- Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.
- Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services.
- Conducts market research including customers and competitors' activities.
- Execute on local market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
**Must Haves**
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in clinical selling a proven track record of success
- An advanced degree.
- Strong network in the healthcare sector in the respective Region (Lombardia)
- Competitive mindset and business development capacity
- Highest ethical standard
- Teamwork
- Clear and assertive communication as well as excellent presentation skills
- Advanced English and Italian

- Clinical education/ Nursing background
- MBA or other advanced business degree.
- PM portfolio clinical and industry knowledge
**Location and travel**
- Remote in Lombardia region
- Willingness to travel 80% of the time

**_This position is an exciting and new opportunity to work with Medtronic's Patient Monitoring, Respiratory Interventions and/or MCMS businesses.
Currently part of Medtronic, Medtronic has announced its intention to transition these businesses either into a new stand-alone company (currently referred to as NewCo) or merge them into the business of another company.
While you will start your employment with Medtronic, upon establishment of NewCo or upon the transition of the business unit to another company, which may occur in approximately 12-15 months, your employment may transfer to one of these entities.
