Pathways is a three-year program designed to rapidly develop experienced professionals into Amazon's next Senior Operations Managers. In this time your scope grows from leading approx. 100 to 800 employees and managers. Members are highly visible to senior leadership through exclusive mentoring. They can change roles, sites, and geographies. Through intense and challenging opportunities in our operations network, we will expand your leadership capacity.
