Patent Expert
Working within a team, collaborating with other internal functions and external consultants, he/she will preserve and enrich the patent portfolio of Fidia Farmaceutici to generate value for the Company through its Intellectual Property.
Main Responsibilities:
Analysing and evaluating the R&D projects to identify which ones satisfy the requirements to access the tax relief programs (Credito D'Imposta R&S&I and New Patent Box regimen). Analysing the rationale and background of the scientific projects to draft the scientific documents for each R&D project. Taking part in meetings with Project Leaders to keep track of the evolution of the project and to be constantly informed on updates. Controlling and managing the hours worked on R&D projects chosen for tax relief programs. Collaborating with the Finance Department to verify the coherence between the allocated costs and the scientific activities carried out for each project. Requirements:
Master's Degree in science studies: Biotechnology/Biology/Pharmacy/Chemistry/Natural Science/CTF. PhD or at least one year of experience in R&D, developing excellent technical-scientific documentation writing skills. Good proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite. Good level of English (B2). Strong ability to learn and analytical skills. Proactive approach and capacity for developing autonomy, result orientation. Our offer:
