About the RoleWe are looking for a Patent Attorney to join our team in Bologna (Smart Working applicable).The candidate will experience a challenging multibusiness and multidisciplinary environment spanning form mechanichs to electronics and AI applied to packaging and automated machines.He/She will strongly interact with R&D, Legal Department and external IP firms to undertake and manage actions and strategies to properly protect the intellectual property of Coesia Companies.Major accountabilities will include: Prior art researchFreedom to Operate (FTO) analysisDrafting and prosecution of patent applications What You Need to Be Successful Proven experience (3-5 years) in the roleMaster's Degree in Engineering (preferably Electronical or Automation), Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science or another equivalent technical degree, PhD as a plusFluent both in Italian and in EnglishEuropean or at least a National qualification.
(EQE trainees, or partly qualified European Attorneys, will be also considered).Knowledge of energy storage devices as a plus.
