As Pastry Intern, you will prepare sweet items, pastries, cakes, ice creams, sorbets and fruit compotes according to guest orders and banquet event orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.What you bringA genuine passion for food preparation and basic culinary knowledge.Team work and flexible approach.Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Italian language.
