Maintain sufficient mise en place levels to ensure smooth service flow, while focusing on minimizing waste Monitor the quality, consistency, appearance, and taste of all pastry products, delivering perfection in every dish Conduct daily hygiene checks in storage areas, ensuring compliance with Zuma's rigorous cleanliness and safety standards Explore and learn other kitchen sections to enhance team collaboration and efficiency Maintain high personal hygiene and appearance standards, reflecting Zuma's commitment to excellence Coach and mentor Pastry Commis Chefs, helping them develop their skills and align with Zuma's high standards of quality and consistency.
