In this role, you will be responsible for creating exquisite pastries and desserts that delight our guests.
You will oversee, plan, and participate in the production of our specialized bakery and pastry menu items.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and produce a variety of creative pastries and desserts.Supervise and manage the centralized production of bakery and pastry items.Organize and conduct training sessions for the pastry team.Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and sanitation.Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items.QualificationsQualificationsAdvanced degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or Business.Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a large-scale bakery or pastry production.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to work effectively with a diverse team.Creative, innovative, and self-motivated with a commitment to teamwork and customer service.
