We are a full dining restaurant open for lunch and dinner, located in Portanuova, one of the main business districts in Milan, where one can enjoy a relaxed and seasonal Mediterranean menu.
Responsibilities:Develop and prepare innovative pastries and desserts.Oversee pastry team and kitchen operations.Ensure high standards of quality and presentation.Manage ingredient inventory and control costs.Qualifications:Culinary degree or equivalent experience.3-5 years of experience in a similar role.Strong baking skills and creative flair.Leadership and time management abilities.In return, we offer the successful candidates:
