Partnership Manager - UAE National, Amazon Payments Job ID: 2862454 | Q-Express Documents Transport - G25 We're seeking a dynamic Payment Partnership Manager to oversee and optimize our relationships with financial partners. You'll manage day-to-day operations, resolve escalations, and enhance standard procedures. The ideal candidate excels at negotiating preferential terms, improving payment costs, and collaborating across teams to enhance user experience. You'll conduct workshops, lead training sessions, and work closely with legal to optimize partnership agreements. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to propose innovative solutions are essential. This role requires a proactive approach to relationship management and a keen eye for process improvement and automation opportunities in the payments ecosystem. Key job responsibilities Proactively manage working relationship with existing partners (banks, card scheme, Alternative Payment Methods, and Third Party Providers). Maintain and enhance Amazon Payments standard operating procedures with partners. Follow up and resolve day-to-day operational and business escalations. Ability to negotiate preferential commercial terms and improve cost of payment with partners. Liaise with product, operation, and business teams to enhance User Experience with technical providers and financial institutions. Setup and conduct workshops and training with associated partners. Work thoroughly with the legal team to optimize the partnership agreement and lead effective negotiations. Propose automation procedures, customizable solutions, and substitute manual processes. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 2 years of professional or military experience. 2 years of generating new opportunities with a strong focus on pipeline tracking and deal execution through the entire sales cycle experience. 2 years of exceeding quota and key performance metrics experience. Bachelor's degree. Experience with business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience and record of success in an outbound account management or prospecting role in B2B environments, preferably in a solution/technology-related environment. Experience using Salesforce.com at an advanced level including the development of dashboards and reports, programming experience.
