About finmid finmid 's mission is to enable software companies to reimagine how their business customers access capital.

About the opportunity We are seeking an Italian-speaking Partnership Development Manager based in Italy to be our first boots on the ground in this region.
In this role, you'll be pivotal in establishing and executing finmid's market entry strategy.
This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for everything from identifying potential partners to closing deals and building a strategic go-to-market plan.
You will have the autonomy to craft and execute a vision that positions finmid as a key player in the financial ecosystem, setting us up as the go-to partner for software companies looking to integrate financing capabilities.
In this role, you will: Be responsible for acquiring customers and negotiating complex, first-of-its-kind deals with key partners for our growth.
Source and close partnership deals, driving them from initial contact through to successful launch.
Develop and execute a strategic plan to establish finmid's presence, including identifying key players and negotiating high-impact partnerships.
Build and maintain relationships with partners at all levels, ensuring alignment with finmid's growth strategy.
Take full ownership of the partnership lifecycle, from lead generation to post-launch support, ensuring successful long-term collaborations.
Use your industry knowledge to craft innovative partnership models and strategies that drive mutual growth between finmid and its partners.
What you need to be successful: 4+ years of experience in Partnership Development, Business Development, Sales, with at least 2+ years in software or financial services.
Proficiency in Italian language.
A proven track record of establishing and scaling strategic partnerships, with strong negotiation and deal execution skills.
Ability to work autonomously, with a hands-on approach and a 'do it yourself' mentality.
A robust network in vertical SaaS, software marketplaces, or horizontal SaaS.
Strategic and creative thinking, with the ability to develop and execute market entry strategies from scratch.
Experience in navigating complex partnership landscapes and driving alignment between multiple stakeholders.
