Identify the right partners and build the relationship collaboration with partners (international partners, mainly in US, Canada and Europe) with a practical action plan and data analytics base to achieve business goals.
Maintain relationships and work closely with both new and existing partners for co-campaign/promotion.
Create useful and compelling content for guest blogs and other content for partnership activities.
Analyze data and conduct pros and cons of partner management, coordinating to provide solutions.
Research and develop campaigns that drive traffic, improve customer engagement, leads, and sales.
Build brand image on social media, forums, and relevant communities.
Minimum Requirements: Proficiency in the English language is key (IELTS overall score must be above or equal to 6.5).
Knowledge in Japanese is preferred.
At least 1 year of experience in partnership development highly preferred.
At least 1 year of experience in social media content creation and familiarity with communication channels highly preferred.
Basic knowledge in marketing and eCommerce preferred.
Strong research skills.
Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English.
Attention to detail and ability to produce creative pieces.
Ability to manage yourself, but also work within a team.
Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work independently.
Must be enthusiastic, organized, and adapt to change.
Have excellent organizational and time management skills.
