Glovo is a hyperlocal marketplace featuring the most trendy places in each city and delivering their products in less than 60 mins.
As Project Manager of LongTail, you will play a key role in the Operation team.
You will be directly responsible for impacting all the LongTail partners to make them grow, retain and sell assets.
**Be a part of a team where you will**:
- Lead and train a high performance Partner Support team aimed at rescue inactive small-medium partners with proactive calls.
- Be the POC for Italy and Barcelona HQ for small-medium partners on the operational side, being responsible for the active rate, self-service promotions and brand awareness.
- Understand reasons for inactive partners and churn and make scalable plans to improve WoW.
- Identify new assets to keep small-medium partners active and healthy, defining and implementing the whole process.
- Evaluate, follow up and build reports of your team's portfolio and KPIs periodically.
Take actions to reach your goals and company OKRs.
- Improve operational efficiency of our partners by making sure we always deliver the best service to our customer
- Define scalable processes, making sure small-medium partners are self-sufficient in using our tools.
**You have**:
- Project and people management experience
- Effective English written and communication skills
- Problem solving skills, data-driven with an analytical approach
- Preferably experience in FMCG, food-hospitality or on-demand delivery industry
- Proactive mindset and determined to get things done: no job is too big or too small
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a high growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace
