THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a Sales Development Representative to join our Partnerships team in Italy!
This role is to join our Italian Partnerships team.
You will be responsible for managing the sales process for wellness providers across Italy.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be expected to bring in significant new partners to Wellhub on a quarterly basis.
You will manage a large portfolio of prospective partners, understanding their needs, presenting the Wellhub solution, and managing negotiations.
YOUR IMPACT You will be part of the team in charge of the network expansion.
Clearly identify key influencers and decision-makers at target partners and engage these stakeholders.
Maintain a high level of activity while ensuring quality inputs, including video meetings, phone calls, e-mail, and social selling.
Continuously develop creative ways to connect with potential partners.
Act as an owner to ensure successful partnership launches and smooth handover processes.
Sell quickly and in large volume to drive business for Wellhub expansion.
Consistently meet your quarterly sales quota.
Thrive on change while remaining organized and adaptable.
Build working relationships with other teams to improve product and market knowledge.

WHO YOU ARE Experience in high-velocity sales or the fitness industry preferred.
You speak fluently in English and Italian.
Outgoing and enthusiastic conversationalist with strong active listening and communication skills.
Ambitious and metrics-driven self-starter.
Excited by the prospect of having 'hard conversations' with clients.
Perpetually optimistic with no fear of rejection.
Entrepreneurial mindset.
Extremely coachable and excited by change.
Enthusiastic about helping people have a happier and healthier life.
Highly disciplined with the ability to self-organize and prioritize.
