**Role**:
- Collaborate with partners to build and manage sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Provide partners with necessary resources for enablement and support to effectively sell and market Dassault Systèmes solutions, driving the Partners in their successful conversion to sales. Follow up partner's simulation certifications.
- Monitor partner performance, evaluate metrics and conduct regular reviews with the team manager to assess partner effectiveness.
- Work with Solidworks and SIMULIA marketing team and partners to identify customers agreeing to communicate on the benefits linked to the use of our simulation solutions in order to create cases studies.
- Ideation and creation of specific sales initiatives, to increase the contribution of these two product lines to the new business revenues
- Increase of market awareness, in collaboration with Partners, through dedicated events, such as webinars, seminars and roundtables.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, sales operation, or direct sales.
- Strong understanding of software sales, especially in SolidWorks and Simulation portfolios.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to foster strong relationships and drive results.
- Ability to plan and execute joint initiatives with partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet partners
- Fluency in English and Italian (another language will be considered a plus)
