Glovo is looking for a talented and ambitious Operation specialist for Top Accounts.
In this challenging and rewarding role, you will work closely with our Strategic Account Managers and Top Account Coordinator - in order to manage all the operational aspects of the top accounts.

**Be a part of a team where you will**:
- Manage the operational tasks of each assigned Top Account through regular and impeccable communication.- Be responsible for the Top Accounts operation performances: track and analyze their metrics, follow up and build reports for internal and external stakeholders.- Be the main POC for Operational Support of the Top Accounts responding to all enquiries within the same day, managing competing timelines and prioritizing critical tasks.
Invoicing review, order refunds, menu upselling, negotiation, rider issues, promotion uploading will be part of your daily job.- Daily activity will include understanding Top Accounts need in advance, managing product integrations and ensuring operational excellence through selected KPIs.- You will be also working alongside with all other teams involved, such as Content Ops, Partner Support, Live Operations, Finance and Commercial.- Onboard new Top Accounts (i.e.
restaurants owners) on our platform by providing them all the necessary tools and information to start working with us.
**You have**:
- Previous experience in Account Management and/or Partner Service preferably in FMCG, digital platforms or on-demand delivery industry- University Degree in Economics, Business or Marketing- Comfortable working in a high growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace.- Problem solver, data-driven with analytical mindset- Proactive, flexible, organized and detail oriented- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Google Docs and MS Office- Proficiency in Italian and English is a must- Good communication and strong commercial skills- Nice to have: experience on using Salesforce and Asana
