**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Support achievement of our financial objectives on Total Contract Value, Revenues, Controllable Margin and Predictability.
- Coordinate New Services Introductions with the local Business Development Manager.
- Collaborate with Sales on Partner training and onboarding.
- Act as deal coordinator for new opportunities from Proposal to TCV recognition process.
- Gather insight from Partners and provide Service & Tools requirements into product development.
- Be the liaison point between Partners and Operational teams (Service Delivery, Invoicing, Sales Operations) for escalations.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives.
- Nurture Partner relationship and experience for growth.
- Analyze Partner landscape and financial performance, and identify corrective action required.
**_ Education and Experience Required:_**
- Typically 1+ years' experience in directly related business.
- Typically first level university degree or equivalent work experience.
**_ Knowledge and Skills:_**
- Moderate knowledge of IT and services industry.
- Basic organizational, analytical and communication skills.
- Italian & English required.
