Consulting Firms: Comprehensive partners who help deliver the SiA Programme.
Referrers: High-standing individuals with extensive networks of thought leaders and senior decision-makers who introduce SiA to potential clients with credibility and trust.

Job Description
Our goal is to make SiA the new benchmark for strategy execution. To achieve this, we are focused on expanding our network of influential Referrers and well-trained consulting partners. As a Partner Excellence Associate, your primary responsibility will be to support and elevate the success of SiA Partners, helping them expand their business with our platform. Additionally, you will lead the design and implementation of a "Referral Program" tailored to these high-caliber individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Strategy in Action Partners (consulting firms), guiding them in training, marketing, and sales of the SiA Programme.
Support partners throughout the sales process, from lead identification to proposal and deal closure.
Track and enhance partner performance, providing regular feedback and strategies for improvement based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Address any challenges partners face during SiA implementation by coordinating with internal SiA teams.
Build and manage the Referral Program for Referrers—high-standing professionals who leverage their networks to introduce SiA to potential clients—with a well-defined structure, incentives, and goals.
Develop strong relationships with Referrers, ensuring they are engaged and motivated to bring in new business opportunities.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of SiA by gathering and sharing insights, best practices, and feedback from partners and their clients.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in SaaS business development, partner/account management, or similar roles.
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; MBA or consulting experience preferred.
Demonstrated success in partner relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Native Italian and fluent in English.
Good knowledge of Hubspot
