OverviewThe Global Partner Solutions (GPS) team is a sales organization accountable for the commercial partner business at Microsoft, with a mission to build and sell Microsoft Cloud applications, services, and devices with partners, empowering people and organizations to achieve more.
We are looking for Partner Cloud Solution Architect – Data & AI who will be accountable for delivering customer success by working with Global System Integrators (GSI) and Advisory partners.
This role plays a crucial part in building world-class solutions and practices across Microsoft solution areas, with the GSI partners. By providing deep technical guidance, you will help partners evolve their business solution portfolio using Microsoft AI and Cloud technologies.
In this role, you will guide the development of business solutions, provide deep technical insights, and accelerate the growth of Microsoft Technical priorities across Azure, Copilot, and Generative AI. You will work closely with partners to understand their technical requirements and business objectives, and guide them through architectural design sessions, developing proof of concepts, and helping them transition from legacy systems to modern cloud environments, ensuring that their solutions are optimized for performance and cost-efficiency. By leveraging your skills in technical leadership, cloud computing, software development, problem solving, and systems architecture, you will drive business impact by enabling digital transformation, optimizing performance, and driving innovation through the effective use of cloud technologies.
This role is flexible, allowing you to work up to 50% from home.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications: Proven ability in designing and deploying solutions, particularly in areas of Copilot, Gen AI Copilot, and Gen AI.Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and Big Data stack to support the development of Lambda and Kappa architecture.Experience in traditional Machine Learning, being able to explain the ML process, supervised and unsupervised learning, algorithms choice, hyper-parameter tuning, and MLOps using Azure ML and/or any other tools.Complete knowledge across the data & AI stack is a plus.Practical knowledge of hybrid cloud architectures for integrating on-premises workloads with Azure resources.Demonstrable experience working in a customer and partner facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).Significant experience leading technical projects.Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, OR equivalent experience.ResponsibilitiesPartner Transformation, Strategic Programs and Solution Development: Accelerate partner transformation and growth by leveraging the Microsoft cloud value proposition and increasing partner portfolio capabilities with key Microsoft innovations. Aid partners in developing and implementing high-quality solutions and/or services leveraging Microsoft's latest technologies.Technical Leadership: Develop and maintain depth and breadth of technical and professional skills, along with business acumen and industry knowledge. Exhibit a deep level of knowledge in the Data & AI Solution area as well as three product areas within Data & AI (i.e. SQL, NoSQL, Big Data or ML/AI). Exhibit an intermediate level of knowledge in at least one other designated solution area: Security, Infrastructure, Digital and App Innovation (Developer), Modern Work (Microsoft 365 etc.), and Business Applications (Dynamics, Power Platform etc.) and at least one product area within the solution area(s), including AI.
