Key job responsibilities - Support leaders at your site on HR matters - Support the implementation of new policies that improve associate engagement and the working environment - Develop communication plans and initiatives to support manager with site briefs and any bulk or site-wide announcements - Take the lead on implementing and progressing HR projects - Collect and analyse data that can help drive new HR policies and plans A day in the life You'll be based in an Amazon Fulfilment Centre and will be the main representative to the Operations leadership at your location.
You'll work flexibly with colleagues in different areas of the business to work towards making Amazon Earth's best employer, from carrying out new business-wide programmes to assisting with employee relations.

You'll help create a positive atmosphere for your Associates and will assist in resolving complex Associate queries.

We help to manage dynamic inventory and facilitate speedy deliveries round the clock.
Lots of different people work in our Fulfilment Centres, so there are plenty of opportunities for every skillset.
Some of us work with physical products, while others analyse data to help everyone across the business make smart decisions.
