Key job responsibilities The objective of this role is to ensure operations meet the EU Safety and flight requirements.
In that capacity, they will act as the Safety Manager (SM) and as the flight operations expert.
They will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and compliant operation, including measuring and improving Safety Performance Operations, preparing and conducting Safety Trainings and Safety Investigations.
They will also develop, administrate and maintain the Safety Manual of Prime Air's LUC application and conduct regular evaluations to ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures.
Including the Prime Air's UAS specific operational risks and challenges, and monitoring EASA Part UAS and JARUS Part FCL including new and revised AMCs and GMs for changes, in collaboration with the EU Operations and Compliance Manager.
And Ensuring that Prime Air's documentation is revised to reflect EASA regulatory changes.
They will also develop trainings for flight operators, ground crew, and other personnel related to flight safety, workplace health & safety (WHS), and flight operations.
