The internship opportunity is aimed at providing the intern with insights on how the education system and research work from a privileged point of view, and deeply understanding the logic of a service-oriented company, with an international focus.
The intern may be involved in the following activities: - Support in defining lessons and exam schedules and managing variations - Supporting the management of teaching materials (collecting and disclosing course profiles, syllabi and teaching materials) - Supporting the administration of exams (definition of the Examination Board, organization of exams, communication and recording of grades, archive of exam papers) - Support in the administration of the research funds assigned to the Faculty members - Support in the organization of events, seminars, workshops - Support in monitoring and updating the Department's websites.
- Support in the coordination of the Deparment Offices.

Requirements: - Graduated with a Master's Degree with an outstanding academic path - Fluent in English and Italian - Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months) - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and online collaborative tools and software for videoconferencing - Project management skills are considered a plus - Curious to know how a higher education institution operates - Soft skills: positive and enthusiastic with very good interpersonal and team working skills; analytical and critical thinking; hands-on approach; customer-oriented; able to organize and manage the work timely and autonomously, prioritizing high and various workload flows in a fast-paced environment; self-starter with strong attention to detail.
