Italian luxury house Rich heritage with a strong global presence Sophisticated and evolved, an expression of contemporaneity and essential luxury RESPONSIBILITIES: Able to provide an excellent customer service, CRM focus, client book and after sales processes Drive personal KPIs and increase sales opportunities Being UpToDate with collections, deep knowledge of products, proactive and constructive attitude Able to maintain company standards at all times: supporting VM, stockroom activities and cash desk REQUIREMENTS: 4+ years' experience in premium-luxury fashion environment Able to identify business trends, hands on approach and proactive attitude Good experience in building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with clients Exceptional communication skills, energetic, responsible, autonomous character and a great team player English language required, Russian or German is a plus OFFERING: Basic Salary up to €25K prorata Great commission scheme Fix term contract 1 year This is an urgent vacancy - if this position is of interest, please apply now with your updated CV for an immediate interview.
