Role Overview: We are seeking a part-time, 32-hour Patient Services Representative (PSR) to support the practice onsite. The schedule for this role is 4 weekdays from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with Wednesdays being the day off. The PSR serves as the face of our medical group and plays a key role in managing the patient experience on the reception/administrative support side.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent requiredFamiliarity with insurance payers preferredMinimum of six (6) months reception or customer service experience required, preferably in a health care settingDemonstrated knowledge of medical terminology preferredMass General Brigham is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
