We are seeking a highly organized Part-Time Event Coordinator to assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events in Naples, Italy. The ideal candidate will work closely with our marketing team to ensure the success of each event by managing logistics, vendor relationships, and day-of-event operations. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, passionate about events, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Assist in planning and coordinating events, including venue selection, logistics, and vendor management Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other event staff to ensure smooth execution of the event Coordinate with influencers to ensure they adhere to the event schedule, follow the provided guidelines, upload content on time, and attend the event as planned. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the event Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations Assist with post-event follow-up and data collection Requirements Proven experience in event planning or coordination (internships, part-time roles, or volunteer work accepted) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Experience working with event vendors, suppliers, venues, and influencers Knowledge of event logistics and operations
