Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Afterschool Teacher to join our team on a part-time collaboration basis. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children, fostering a supportive and engaging environment that encourages learning, creativity, and social growth. A strong command of English (C1 level or higher) is required to effectively communicate and guide students.
Responsibilities: Supervise and engage children during afterschool hours, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.Plan and implement age-appropriate activities, including homework assistance, creative arts, sports, and other recreational programs.Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages teamwork, respect, and confidence among students.Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and colleagues about student progress, needs, or concerns.Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in the classroom or activity spaces.Adhere to the program's policies, procedures, and safety standards.Qualifications: Previous experience working with children in an educational, recreational, or childcare setting is preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to manage groups of children effectively and handle any behavioral issues with patience and professionalism.Creativity and enthusiasm in designing activities that appeal to various age groups.Basic understanding of child development and educational practices.
