You will serve as a PARALEGAL SPECIALIST in the OFFICE OF COUNSEL of NAVSUP FLC SIG GF, Italy.
GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Knowledge is required regarding theory and principles of statistical analysis, management, program review and organization, budget policies, purchase card practices and procedures, administrative practices and procedures; 2) Knowledge of functions includes understanding various aspects of management; i.e., personnel, financial, supply, files, databases, etc.
.and 3) Skill in using analytical techniques and evaluation criteria in studies for improving program effectiveness and organizational productivity including statistics and management processes.
GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Knowledge is required regarding theory and principles of statistical analysis, management, program review and organization, budget policies, purchase card practices and procedures, administrative practices and procedures; 2) Knowledge of functions includes understanding various aspects of management; i.e., personnel, financial, supply, files, databases, etc.
; 3) Advanced knowledge utilizing Microsoft Office for data analysis, preparing presentations, and generating reports; and, 4) Skill in using analytical techniques and evaluation criteria in studies for improving program effectiveness and organizational productivity including statistics and management processes.
