Painting Quality Engineer

We are looking for a
QUALITY ENGINEER - PAINTING Place of work Pianezza (TO) Mission :
- Ensure respect of specifications
- Represent Customer within Company on Quality matters Responsibilities
-Initiate the QRQC in IMU-S database, participate to the containments and validate the robustness of the containment of FTA/PDCA
- Lead the owners in the analysis of issues assigned in the QRQC activities in order to answer to the customer (portals, forms / templates, etc.)
- Update the APU quality tracking charts: Customer Returns, Non Quality Costs, etc.
- Ensure the eradication of Customer issues and Non Quality issues in the respect of Company's timing rules
- Perform the revision of the Control Plan and FMEA after an issue
- Verify 4M matrix respect with regards product or process changes and ensure customer awareness and approval of changes in accordance with the 4M matrix
- Update the quality documents following a process related change (Control Instruction, Control Plan, …).
- Has authority to stop a manufacturing / assembly line in any situation where standards are not respected or a safety risk for the operator or for the customer has been detected or following a LLC Stability audit demonstrating lower than 100%
- Verify SPPC rules are identified and respected
- Perform audits: process, product, SPC & capabilities
- Validate rework instructions with check of control, info of risk for operator
- Validate reintegration of productions and external temporary productions
- Fulfill customer databases following to a quality claim (from containment until incident closure ) Requirements
-Engineering Degree
-Experience from 1 to 3 years in Production or Quality and in Automotive industry
-Quality Tools ( PPAP, FMEA, PDCA,LPA)
-Knowledge of painting process, painted aesthetic product
-Analytical and planning skills, problem solving,methodical and proactive behaviour
- English fluent
